Get involved in dialogue, have an influence, help shape the city, become active. You can do all of this in the participation portal "Taking part in Zurich's future". For example in participation projects on planning, construction projects or special topics, in existing committees or in the form of voluntary work in the district or in the neighborhood. Join us!

About this process
Hast du Fragen zum öffentlichen Verkehr in Zürich? Dann gibt es verschiedene Kontaktmöglichkeiten, um von den VBZ eine Antwort zu erhalten. Manchmal findest du die gewünschte Auskunft am einfachsten auf der Webseite der VBZ oder des ZVV. Manchmal ist es aber hilfreicher, wenn du mit jemandem persönlich sprechen kannst.
Wir wollten von euch Ende August bis Mitte September 2023 wissen, welches die Situationen sind, in denen du persönlich mit unseren Mitarbeitenden in Kontakt treten möchtest.
