A new online tool would be helpful. With this you could quickly and easily indicate problems with the VBZ. A prior selection by the users eliminates a large amount of work and certain messages can be processed directly via the ZVV Contact Center. For example, it would be possible to report problems with a vehicle, broken seats or the like directly to the VBZ with the vehicle number. This would allow troubleshooting to be carried out more quickly.
