We will fund in descending order of popularity as many ideas as the budget will allow. There will be no partial funding. Any remaining amounts will expire.

Films for future bringt 1000 Schüler:innen für Umweltfilme ins Kino

Das Medium Film bewegt Menschen audiovisuell und kann daher starke Emotionen auslösen. Es ist wissenschaftlich erwiesen, dass Menschen beim Thema Klimawandel weniger durch Fakten, als durch Emotionen beeinflusst werden. Unser Festival hilft also Menschen zu den aktuellen Umweltthemen wirksam zu informieren und auch zu motivieren selbst aktiv zu werden.

Es gibt viele wunderbare Umweltfilme, die inspirieren und unseren Blick auf die Natur und Umwelt verändern. Seit über 12 Jahren organisieren wir Filmevents und stellen fest, dass vor allem junge Menschen für Umweltthemen begeistert werden können. Neben dem Filmerlebnis ist ein partizipativer Teil mit Vorbereitung auf das Thema und aktiver Teilnahme am Event besonders inspirierend und motivierend sich für Umweltthemen zu engagieren. 

Wir wollen nun 1000 Schülerinnen und Schüler (ca. 30-40 Schulklassen, Alterszielgruppe 8 - 15 Jahre) mit einem speziell vorbereiteten Filmerlebnis für Umweltthemen begeistern und sie so zu zukünftigen Umweltschützern machen.
