In der Stadt gibt es auf öffentlichem Grund überraschend viele essbare Pflanzen und auch in privaten Gärten gibt es oft viel Ungeerntetes, aber auch Ernteüberschüsse und Gerettetes. Das Projekt will ernten und haltbar machen wieder mit Gemeinschaftszeit in Verbindung bringen. Das Thema Essen hat das Potenzial, Menschen über Herkunfts- und Schicht-Grenzen hinweg zu verbinden und Gemeinschaft für nachhaltige Urbanität zu fördern. Dazu beleben wir mitten in urbanen Gesellschaften die Tradition vieler Agrar-Kulturen wieder und machen sie für enkeltaugliche urbane Lebensstile fruchtbar. Auf einem grossen Lasten-Anhänger für Fahrräder kann eine einfache Ausstattung für traditionelle Haltbarkeits-Techniken mitten in die Quartiere gebracht werden – für publikumswirksame Events. Die Ausstattung wird ergänzt durch Infos zur Transition zu einem planeten- und enkeltauflichen Ernährungssystem und Rezeptkarten, die entsprechend dem lokalen saisonalen Angebot zusammengestellt werden können. Dieses Projekt kann als unabhängiges Projekt umgesetzt werden. Es kann aber auch mit Hilfe von Austausch- und Kollaborations-Anlässen als Teil eines LivingLabs (Reallabors) verstanden werden.
