Kollaborations-Tools – für Stadt-Ideen und weitere junge / kleine Initiativen in Zürich, die sich für die SDGs einsetzen

Das Projekt finanziert ein Basis-White-Label der Kollaborations-Plattform WeChange (vgl. wechange.de – inkl. NextCloud und Rocket-bzw. Fairchat für SDG-Initiativen in Zürich). Die Kollaborationsplattform erleichtert und strukturiert die interne Kommunikation, sie bietet effiziente Übersicht über die zeitliche und inhaltliche Organisation der Zusammenarbeit in (Freiwilligen-)Teams und Projekten und fördert Commitment – besonders bei häufig wechselnder Zusammensetzung und/oder Intensität der Beteiligung. Sie bietet effiziente Tools für niederschwellige Selbstorganisation, Community-Building, Knowledge-Management, Chat, Meeting und Arbeits-Tools für die simultane Zusammenarbeit an Dokumenten u.v.m. WeChange ist genossenschaftlich organisiert, open source, spendenfinanziert und profitiert nicht von unseren Daten. Die White-Label-Plattform für Zürich kann nicht nur die einzelnen Stadt-Ideen und andere SDG-Initiativen in ihrer Arbeit unterstützen, sie kann auch die Zusammenarbeit und Synergien zwischen Initiativen fördern. Im Gegensatz zur direkten Nutzung von WeChange bietet eine White-Label-Plattform den Vorteil, dass sie einen lokal sehr fokussierten, niederschwelligeren Zugang, Identifikation und Dynamik bieten kann, aber trotzdem auch die Optionen des Info-Pools und Gesamt-Forums von WeChange enthält – ganz im Sinne von Elinor Ostrom's Nested Organizations. Die Kollaborationsplattform kann Tools wie Decidim ideal ergänzen, indem schon früh in Partizipations-Prozessen eine übersichtliche Struktur für Co-Design und CoKreation von (Teil-)Projekten angeboten werden kann. Mit der sukzessiven Zuschaltung von Funktionalitäten der WeChange-Plattform kann ein niederschwelliger Einstieg und gleichzeitig ein nahtloser Übergang von der Projekt-Konzeption über die öffentliche Diskussion und Abstimmung bis zur Umsetzung der Partizipations-Projekte ermöglicht werden.
