At the first dialogue event on the development of the slaughterhouse site in December 2024, concerns were already raised by the population and other stakeholders. On the basis of these concerns, the online participation took place from 7 to 28 May 2025, in which further concerns and ideas on uses and offers for the neighbourhood could be introduced and discussed. The specified main uses (commercial, park, primary school and possibly apartments) were not the subject of online participation and could not be questioned. The public had the opportunity to participate in three prepared themed rooms: "Open & Green Spaces", "Neighbourhood Offers & Meeting Spaces" and "Opening & Networking".
The concerns and ideas brought forward in these thematic rooms as well as the associated comments have been summarized in this documentation by the project managers of the city administration.
