Open day on the slaughterhouse site

At the open day, the interested population was able to get to know the slaughterhouse site and the local actors who are already shaping the area and its surroundings. The cantonal monument preservation department and planners took interested parties on a tour of the area and gave insights into its history, the current situation and the beginning of development planning. Companies and associations from the neighbourhood offered activities for everyone, from young to old, and provided catering.

The offers were very well received. In particular, numerous people took part in the various guided tours on the site. Interesting conversations were held and many questions from the population were answered.
