Public participation event
At the public large group workshop, the neighbourhood population is invited to express their wishes for the future Schipferhof. In table groups, the participants discuss their ideas and requirements for the future neighbourhood uses that are to take place at the Schipferhof.
At the same time, those present can also make known how much they would like to get involved on the farm themselves in the future.

Development of a rough concept for the Schipferhof
Development of a rough concept for the Schipferhof taking into account the results of the previous participation process.
The rough concept is the basis for the renovation and possible extension of the buildings (separate construction project) and for the tender of the farm for lease.

The Schipferhof is put out to public tender for management.
A pre-selection will be made from the applications.
The selected applicants will be given the opportunity to submit a detailed operating concept.
The concepts are assessed and evaluated according to uniform criteria. This also includes the requirements from the neighborhood.
A jury will then decide on the awarding of the lease.
