Der Probsteihügel soll für alle (Jugendliche, Familien, alte Menschen, SportlerInnen, Gärtnerinnen, etc.) nutzbar sein, es ist öffentliches Gebiet. Gärten und Kleintierhaltung erhalten, aber Privilegien jetziger PächterInnen aufweichen (Einsicht in Gärten, grosse Parzellen aufteilen, Wildwuchs bei den Bauten reglementieren), Gemeinschaftsgärten, die nicht nur privat genutzt werden können, “eatables", allgemeine Erholung fördern

That makes logic to me. It would be beneficial to a large number of leaders. It would be a tragedy if the entire slope collapsed. I believe it is appropriate to make a component more accessible. I can also see a self-guided or escorted nature route.
