The 2nd Project Forge

The intensive work phase continues:

The ideas selected by the voting will be further developed into technically, politically and financially feasible projects or prototypes over the next few weeks. Accompanied by experts and coaches, the project ideas will continue to be worked on with the idea providers in three project forges that build on each other.

After the first project forge in July, we are now looking forward to the next joint step: the 2nd project forge.
This time, the focus is not on joint workshops, but on individual discussions with the project team of the pilot district. During the office hours, we would like to discuss the current status of the project idea together with the idea givers and clarify open questions.

The talks will take place on:

• Friday, August 28, 2026, from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.

• Saturday, August 29, 2026, from 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Participation in the dates is only possible after prior registration and exclusively for the idea generators and their teams. If you have any questions about the second project forge, you can contact us at mitmachen@pilotquartier.ch.

The last project forge before the second voting – and thus before the final decision on which project ideas will be funded – will take place on 26 September 2026.

Here you will find all the information about the individual process phases of the Participatory Budget – from the submission of ideas to the implementation of the selected, final projects.
