Tour: Werkhof 29 as an ecological living space

The careful evaluation of the area creates a green oasis in the former Binz industrial area. A tour.

The former commercial area on Grubenstrasse has been carefully upgraded for several years. Mighty trees, a preserved pit embankment as well as newly created, intensively planted roof terraces and green facades with climbing plants now form a green oasis in the densely built-up Binz. The original industrial area has been developed into an ecological living space for people and nature. Discover a selected project of the funding program «Stadtgrün» of the City of Zurich on Grubenstrasse.
