Implementation of the projects

The implementation of the developed projects will be carried out by the idea providers or the local actors with the help of the given budget from the beginning of 2027.

For more comprehensive and complex projects, subject matter experts and practitioners from the fields of urban planning, architecture, landscape architecture, sustainability, etc. are consulted. The Netto-Null pilot quarter project team helps with preparation and planning – as needed and in line with the project.

The implementation phase will start in 2027 and will take about two years.
