PALU Take Away at Goldbrunnenstrasse 57, 8055 Zurich (near the Bühl School) wants to support environmentally conscious customers. If you bring your own containers (cups, Tupperware) or cutlery, you will receive pizza, Lamacun or the menu of the day, as well as drinks at a discount. The take-away provides the outdoor space as an information point for all net-0 activities. In warm weather, small street or sidewalk festivities or actions are conceivable and are supported by the owner of the Take Away (he already does this in several places, including the Bühl school or the parish center). We would like to ask the project team for support in implementing the concept of "own bins for a discount" (can the campaign be used to develop a bonus or coupon system that supports sustainable behaviour?). PALU Take Away has already been nominated as a candidate for the "SUSTAINABLE NEIGHBOURHOOD TOURS" and can hopefully soon be visited as part of a tour – but at any time as a hungry clientele.
