Gleichzeitig leistet es einen konkreten Beitrag zur Reduktion von Emissionen: Kräuter, die lokal und saisonal produziert werden, ersetzen importierte Produkte, die oft weite Transportwege hinter sich haben und industriell verarbeitet sind.
