What should be created?
- At Sativa Rheinau GmbH/AG, we rescue vegetables and use them to make baby food. The vegetables are a "by-product" of the breeding process and are not harvested, even though they are high-quality vegetables in Demeter quality. In doing so, we contribute both to food waste reduction and to a healthy diet for our little ones. The baby food is preserved using a high-pressure process (machine is in the Angsthof slaughterhouse). As a result, there is no loss of vitamins, taste or quality. In addition, it can be used to extend the shelf life by a factor of 15. Since we can get the vegetables from the sativa for free (we harvest them ourselves), we can sell the baby food cheaply to the parents from the neighborhood. The product will be available for purchase online and in the neighbourhood shops.
