What should be created?
- Mis Amores is a young Mexican gastronomy offering that will soon be located in the Binz food court. Mexican food is known to be very meat-heavy, which is why an equally tasty vegetarian variant is close to our hearts. With gourmet mushrooms from PilzChef, we offer delicious vegan tacos. Since mushrooms are significantly more expensive to buy than meat, we would like to offer our mushroom tacos at a lower price by participating in the pilot project – but this is only possible with financial support. The aim is for guests to choose the cheaper option and thus reduce meat consumption.
