Foodwaste Küfa

A "kitchen for everyone" where residents come together twice a month to eat, exchange ideas and prevent food waste. It is often difficult to use up all the food completely, even if you make an effort to cook and shop consciously. These former foods can be brought to Küfa and processed together into a dinner. It may also be possible to team up with restaurants or shops from the neighbourhood and pick up their food leftovers. The place should be inclusive and bring people from the neighbourhood together. All we need is a kitchen with some space for visitors in the neighborhood. We find enough volunteers for the maintenance.
