In the vineyard hill settlement (Berneggweg-Kirchbühl-Meiliweg-Haldenstrasse) of the city of Zurich, there used to be vegetable gardens in the courtyards. Today it is playgrounds and lawns, or for a few years now flower meadows again. Some of the meadows are to be turned into vegetable/herb/flower gardens again.
