With the former Kehlhof and the Kollergut, there were long agricultural areas in the middle of the Wiedikon. It would be great if a community-supported and well-maintained vegetable garden were to be created in the neighbourhood -- and part of the Kollerwiese would be perfect for this for both historical and spatial reasons!
example: I am familiar with small-scale vegetable cultivation that involves a lot of manual work from solidarity-based agricultural projects such as Ortoloco in Dietikon. During the COVID pandemic, we were able to continue our collaborative project while respecting all the rules, supplying over 100 households with locally grown vegetables while global chains had fallen apart. On a smaller scale, a community garden in the neighbourhood (supported by an association or similar) would be a great interpersonal enrichment as well as a contribution to more local food production!; I'm an individual

Hoi and thank you very much for your idea!

We are very pleased that you are involved in the pilot quarter with your proposal. We are currently coordinating your idea with the city again to check whether, for example, there are already plans for it or whether your idea might be well located in another project. We will get back to you in the coming weeks.

However, we would like to invite you to the think tank on January 31 from 2 to 6 p.m. in the Wiedikon parish hall.
The think tank is aimed at everyone - whether you want to submit a new idea, develop an idea that has already been submitted or network with other idea providers.
Fine snacks and drinks will be provided. The event is free of charge and without registration. To avoid food waste, registration is still helpful.
