What should be created?
15 Neighbors share a car. In return, they get a premium parking space in their neighborhood from the city (free, reserved 24/7, prominent location). Two conditions: 1. The neighbors must use an app to document their use (mobility.ch or gomore.ch "white label" app), 2. Otherwise, the neighbors are not allowed to own a car in their name (comparison: residents under registration addresses x car owners).

Dedicated customer or employee spaces as a sign of high service quality and/or recognition of special merits and status. Net-zero behavior is to be repositioned into an above-average privileged city experience - with incentive instead of index finger.
