Kurzzusammenfassung

Ein gemeinschaftlicher Kühlschrank ermöglicht es, überschüssige oder bald ablaufende Lebensmittel im Quartier zu teilen. Bewohner*innen sowie lokale Geschäfte können Lebensmittel einbringen, die sonst entsorgt würden. So wird Food Waste reduziert und gleichzeitig ein niederschwelliges Unterstützungsangebot geschaffen.

Communal refrigerator against food waste. People can have too much food that they no longer need or is about to expire in the community refrigerator and provide it to others who are either in need or simply want to "save" some food. Possibly. bakeries, Coop or other local grocery stores could also be included, so that food waste is minimized here as well and the local population benefits from free food that would otherwise end up in the trash.
