Wir stellen uns vor, dass viele Eigentümer solcher Häuser (Private, Genossenschaften, Stiftungen, Immobiliengesellschaften), die in den letzten 25-30 Jahren nicht renoviert haben, interessiert an einem Wärmedämmungs-Programm sein könnten. \nUnsere Idee: Wer INNERT ZWEI Jahren an einem solchen Sanierungsprogramm teilnimmt, erhält neben der bestehenden kantonalen Förderung zusätzlich 20 % der Kosten zurückerstattet - bis zu einer Maximalsumme von CHF 25'000 (Diese Zahlen können von der Projektleitung angepasst werden). Auch dieses Projekt könnte in einem oder mehreren Strassenzügen etappiert ausgeschrieben und ausgeführt werden.
