Relief of heating by decentralizing ventilation and hot water

Idea not chosen
What should be created?
Fossil heating systems are still a solution and many have been reinstalled in recent years. These products last a long time, over 30 years. However, so that the investor does not lose money or is forced to tear out something "that is still usable", you should try to be able to switch off this heating in summer. However, this can only be achieved if a solution for domestic hot water is available. A combination with ventilation (which can offer passive cooling) is the most efficient option on the market when installing a small heat pump. The results should be measured with a clean digitization concept.
