Klimaneutrales Kochen - Gourmets für das Klima

I'm organizing a cooking class on climate-neutral cooking - gourmets who are committed to the climate. To do this, I organize the room in Wiedikon, take care of recipes and instructions, as well as the purchase of ingredients. Then I train about 6-8 participants (such a good group that you can just oversee). Depending on the budget, this can then be repeated. The target persons are people with an affinity for culinary delights from the neighbourhood.
