In this workshop, the reflector team will provide practical and well-founded insights into the field of sustainability communication. Together, the participants develop solutions on how they can effectively communicate on the topic of ecology and climate internally and externally. The workshop combines theoretical basics with concrete practical exercises and good practice examples from the cultural scene. In addition to insights into environmental psychology, target group analysis and storytelling, tools and working tools will also be presented with which cultural organisations can strategically plan and implement their sustainability communication.

Key questions:
How can we as cultural organizations communicate transparently to the outside world on the topic of climate / ecology without greenwashing?
How can we raise awareness via our content (e.g. program, own reach)?
How do I get from a sustainability strategy to sustainability communication?
How can existing communication channels (website, social media, events) be used in a targeted manner to promote sustainable behaviour?
How can I motivate my employees and develop a common vision with them?
How can frustration be overcome and confidence maintained?
How can we find good narratives/metaphors and images?
How can we share best practice examples?
Duration: 3h
Participants: Maximum 30 people. A maximum of two people per institution. Recommendation: A representative from strategic management and a key person from practice.
