Chestnut meeting

What is it about?

Since spring 2025, the temporary Josefina district park has been further developed together with the population. At events such as the "Picnic of Activities" and the regulars' tables, interested parties were able to contribute their ideas, discuss them and try them out directly on site. This has already resulted in concrete measures such as chairs, which are now flexibly available to all users. The previous events have shown which ideas could be taken up and implemented. At the same time, it became clear that some proposals are not feasible or require a more detailed examination before they can possibly be implemented later. At the chestnut meeting, we provide transparent information about the current status: which measures have already been implemented, where there were limits and what the draft for the next steps looks like. We also provide an outlook on how the district park could develop further by 2029.
