It went on... After the participation phase in autumn 2024, a target vision has now been developed as part of the update of the Zurich-West open space concept - with the mandate to make urban spaces greener and cooler, to ensure more biodiversity, to take population growth into account and to address quality deficits in existing open spaces.
On three days, from 23 to 25 October 2025, we were on the road with our mobile hands-on station in Zurich-West! Here you had the opportunity to look at the target image and contribute your feedback and additional ideas. The aim was to incorporate the resulting mood into the next concept phase – and thus take a further step towards greener and more sustainable open spaces in Zurich-West.
