What is the VBZ passenger voice?
VBZ would like to get to know the wishes of passengers even better. By registering for the VBZ Passenger Voice, you will have the opportunity to take part exclusively in VBZ online surveys several times a year. The findings from the surveys will be incorporated into the further development of VBZ offers and services. This is how you can help shape public transport in Zurich.

How can I register?
The prerequisite for registration is free registration on the municipal participation platform. If you already have a "My Account" of the City of Zurich, you can use it to log in. To register with the VBZ passenger vote, all you have to do is click on the green "Register for passenger vote" button on the process homepage.

How will I be informed about surveys?
If a survey is available, you will receive an email to the address you provided in your profile. This email contains the link to the survey. The polls are not public. Participation is only possible with the link sent. important: In your user settings, the "Newsletter" field must be activated. Otherwise, we are not allowed to send you an email.

How many surveys can I take per year?
The VBZ is planning four to six surveys per year. You decide how many surveys you take part in. Of course, we would be happy if you participate regularly.

Is it also possible to participate by post?
No, the surveys are conducted exclusively via the Internet.

What are the topics of the survey?
The topics of the surveys are wide-ranging, but focus on areas that we as VBZ can influence.

Is participation in the surveys anonymous?
Participation is completely anonymous. The VBZ have no access to the personal data of the participants or to the respective accounts of the municipal participation platform. We only have access to the answers that are entered in the polls. In addition, the Data protection regulations of the participation page of the City of Zurich apply.

Will the survey results be communicated?
After the evaluation of the survey, a short report will be published on this website.
