The platform "Participation in Zurich's future" is the participation portal of the city of Zurich.
Get involved in dialogue, have an influence, help shape the city, become active. You can do all of this in the participation portal "Taking part in Zurich's future". For example in participation projects on planning, construction projects or special topics, in existing committees or in the form of voluntary work in the district or in the neighborhood. Join us!

What are your wishes for VBZ?
Support us and become part of the VBZ passenger voice.
Every day, we are committed to getting you to your destination on time and safely. But we don't always know exactly what you want from our offer and services. In order to get to know them better, we have created the VBZ passenger voice. To this end, we would like to get your opinion on various topics in four to six surveys per year.
Participation is easy:
You must be registered on the participation platform of the City of Zurich.
Do you already have an account or a "My Account" with the City of Zurich? Then log in. To do this, click on "Sign in" at the top of this page.
Don't have an account yet? Then you can open one after clicking on "Login".Then click on "Join passenger voice" at the top. And you're in.
You will then receive an email with a link to the questions every time a survey is available. important: In order for us to send you the survey invitations, the "Newsletter" field must be activated in your user settings. Otherwise, we are not allowed to send you an email. See also the PDF further down on this page. We will only send you the invitations to the surveys and the corresponding evaluations. You will not receive any further emails from us.
You have two to three weeks to participate in the survey. You can find the most important findings on this page below.
All feedback is incorporated into the further development of our services. In this way, you help to further improve public transport in the city of Zurich.
