Registration & Login

You can change your password at any time in the profile settings or reset it when you log in. 

To change your password when you are already logged in.

1. Select «Change password» in the settings. Fields for changing the password will open.

2. Enter your new password and click on «Save changes».

   

3. If the following banner appears, your password has been successfully changed.

   

To change your password when you are not logged in.

1. Click on «Have you forgotten your password?» in the login window.

   

2. Enter the email address you used to register on «Join Zurich's Future» and press «Reset my password». You will receive a message that your password has been reset.

   

3. Now check your mailbox in your mail programme (and possibly also the spam folder). You should receive an email from the platform within a few minutes. Open the email and click on the link it contains.
   

   

4. You will now be taken back to the «Contribute to Zurich's Future» platform and asked for a new password.
   
   

   

5. Confirm your new password. If a success message appears, your password has been successfully changed.
