Error Pages
422: File could not be processed
This error usually occurs when you have tried to upload an incorrect file. If the error occurs while handling:
Surveys: very likely too much time has elapsed between the start and completion of the survey. Either go back one page and reload the page or call the survey in a new window. Your answers are cached and will not be lost during this process.
Images: Try using a different image. Problems may occur if you copy the image directly from the Internet, for example.
PDF files: Check that your PDF does not have any additional features turned on. If possible, use a printer profile when creating the file to make it as clean as possible.
If this appears during normal use of the website, please send us the affected file and report the accessed page as URL, your name abbreviation as well as the time of the error via e-mail to mitwirken-kontakt@zuerich.ch.
