How do I unblock my account?

If you try to log in with the wrong password several times, your account will be locked. The following error message is displayed:

«Your account is locked». 

At the same time, you will automatically receive an unlock email at the email address associated with your account: 

Open it and click on the unlock link. Your account will be unlocked and you can log in again. If you have forgotten your password, you can reset it here.

If you have NOT received an automatic email to unlock your account, click on «Didn't you receive unlock instructions?» on the login page. 

You will then be asked for your email address. Enter the email address associated with your account and click «Resend unlock instructions».
