Meetups for informal exchange in the field of participation and user centricity

There is a lot of discussion about participation processes and about the orientation of offers to users. But how can we successfully implement this in practice?

There is no simple instruction manual for this. The meetups offer space for the exchange of experiences and networking among like-minded people in order to learn from each other and to make our processes and offers better. The meetings are a good opportunity to network with other employees who are also involved in participation processes and service design.
